Individual, Couples, and Family Counseling

Dr. Deborah Holt, LMFT-S therapy rates:

60-minute Intake Session (required): $325

50-minute Couples, Family, and Individual Therapy : $265

premarital counseling (Prepare Enrich Curriculum)

Option 1 (session by session):
50-minute Premarital Counseling : $265
One-time $45 fee for Online Couple Assessment & Couples Workbook

Option 2 (8-session package):
The total cost of the 8 premarital sessions is $2,000
The premarital package contains 8 face-to-face hourly sessions.
The state fee for the marriage license will be waived and the 72 hours wait period will not apply once the 8 premarital sessions are completed.
The payment will be collected in full on the day of the initial session.
The 8-session package is non-refundable.

Insurance & HSA

Dr. Deborah Holt is an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance as a form of payment. For clients who do not want a permanent diagnosis on their medical record, paying out-of-pocket may be the most secure option for you. She can provide the necessary document(s) to ensure maximum reimbursement from your insurance company. Services are eligible for reimbursement with a Health Savings Account (HSA).

If payment is a hardship for you, please discuss this with your therapist as she will work diligently to arrange a payment plan together. Dr. Deborah Holt will also be glad to provide referrals if/when necessary.
